SOS Ayahuasca Cultivator

Whoever cares for the land or seeds cares for the future of forest medicines

The SOS Ayahuasca Cultivator is someone who welcomes the cultivation of Jagube Banisteriopsis caapi and Chacrona Psychotria viridis on the land — and also someone who strengthens the network by offering seeds, fruit for germination, or propagation material responsibly. All of this care is essential for the preservation, genetic diversity, and sustainability of forest medicines.

THE CALL OF CULTIVATION

Cultivating forest medicines is not only planting a species in the soil: it is safeguarding and circulating seeds ethically, knowing where they come from and where they go.

It is an act of care for the territory, for the germplasm that sustains future generations of plants, for nature's timing, and for the ancestral knowledge that guides cultivation and harvesting.

SOS Ayahuasca recognizes those who cultivate on the land and those who make seeds available as central parts of the same network protecting these medicines.

SOS CULTIVATORS APP

SOS Cultivators app login screen

SOS Ayahuasca developed an exclusive app for partner cultivators and for anyone who follows cultivation and the origin of plant material. With it you can track your cultivation, record plant development, connect with others in the network, and access technical and educational content on the conscious management of Jagube and Chacrona — including good practices related to seeds and propagation.

O Despertar do Jagube

When you register as a partner cultivator or join the network with land or seeds/material for preservation, you receive the ebook “O Despertar do Jagube” for free — a complete guide on conscious cultivation, traditional knowledge, and good management practices for these sacred plants. Hello,

WHO IS THE CULTIVATOR

Guardians of the land and seeds

The cultivator or partner who collaborates with the network is the brother or sister who:

  • Has space for conscious cultivation and/or can offer seeds, fruit for germination, or seedlings of Jagube and/or Chacrona under viable conditions and with a commitment to responsible origin and destination

  • Respects forest time, plant reproductive cycles, and the health of circulating material

  • Acts with environmental responsibility and transparency about plant material

  • Understands the spiritual, cultural, and ecological value of plants and genetic diversity

This is not large-scale production, but preservation, continuity, genetic diversity, and care.

HOW TO TAKE PART

Land, seeds, and other ways to join the network

  • By making land available for growing Jagube and/or Chacrona, or by sending seeds, fruit for seed extraction, or seedlings aligned with network guidelines

  • By receiving seeds or seedlings intended for preservation, with attention to storage, moisture, and traceability when applicable

  • By maintaining cultivation or custody of reproductive material within sustainable and ethical practices

  • By sharing learning on soil management, germination, and experiences of conscious cultivation

SOS Ayahuasca acts as a link for connection, guidance, and safeguarding — including between those who have land and those who have seeds.
